Finally I’ve had some time to upload some pictures from our recent trips out blue marlin fishing off the Gold Coast. First with the White family from Canada, Ken & Malorie from the USA, then Bradley, Rick and Brendan, and Brendan (again), Nathan and Sebastian who were visiting the Gold Coast for the school holidays from Tasmania. (Rick, do we call you a Queenslander yet?)
On the latest trip Sebastian had a close up view of a marlin for the first time with dad Nathan starting off our day with two from two blues around 300lbs. Brendan followed with a nice one that Capt. Luke put at nudging 500lbs on standup. All this by 11:30am! We had a couple more bites and jumped another one off before the action slowed considerably after lunch.
Still, 3 from 5, a great day on the water!
