Whilst the “Davidson Boys”have been steadily increasing their Black Marlin tally which now stands at 3, the mornings have seen all onboard enjoy the hot bites from the GT’s.
The word from aboard KEKOA is that they have been smashing the GT’s in fine fashion every morning of the charter in the glamour weather conditions. Adding to the GT’s the crew managed to capture on the underwater camera a bite at the transom from an estimated 80lb Dogtooth Tuna. The Doggie had it’s day though as it eventually won it’s fight for freedom.
On the Marlin front Mark scored his first Marlin on Sunday releasing a fish around the 250lb mark, then the guy’s missed a shot on a big fish when it failed to hook up on the bite.
Yesterday saw KEKOA go 1 from 4 bites with Michael releasing his second marlin for the trip also around 250lbs.
