The boats to tag fish were Hart Throb with the first tag, Jim Dallings – Reel Chase, our good friends from the Gold Coast – Too Easy II, Hot Shot, Mai Tai and Joe Joe.

Day 2 – Seven fish tagged, Mai Tai leading the way from Joe Joe and Hart Throb. Unfortunately no fish for KEKOA

Day 3 – No Joy for KEKOA again! but well done Viking II for the first 1000lber for the 1000lb tag and release club

Day 4 – KEKOA is on the scoreboard two bites from 500lbers at Lena reef resulted in one tag for Kevin Jennier.

The leader Hart Throb is on five tags, second place boats are on three fish and with three days fishing left the standings will certainly change.

Day 5 – Maybe the standings won’t change, big winds and waves and not much action for the fleet including KEKOA with all zero’s yesterday.
Heart Throb still leading the way on 5 fish tagged.

Day 6 – Mario Tagliante tagged his first and KEKOA’s second for the tournament, leaving them three fish behind leaders Heart Throb and Mauna Kea.

Day 7 – Congratulations to the crew on board Kanahoee who made it back to back wins in the Lizard Island Classic.

On board KEKOA they had one bite pulling the hook on the leader of a 450lber.
