Snag Barra

Screen shot 2010-04-22 at 2.17.57 PM

While we’ve been waiting for the tide to go out to fish the drains, we’ve been having some pretty good action amongst the snags and mangrove roots. This video is from a good session this morning of a gang of fishing holding amongst some roots.

Otherwise, the fishing has been good. Ross and the Collins boys have been putting in some long hours as well as kilometres (yesterday they made it up to the Wenlock for a few hours) and getting just rewards with another 35 yesterday. Luke and Eddie and Jeannette have been opting for a more relaxed approach with time for a hot lunch on the boat and are about to head out again for the afternoon session on the drains.
