Scotty, Glenn and Vic are this year joined by John for their end of season charter that they have been doing since KEKOA’s first season. This charter also signifies the last charter onboard our beloved KEKOA 47 as the guy’s will end their time in Townsville where the new 56’ KEKOA being built is getting closer to being launched. KEKOA 47 will have some work done in Townsville before being passed on to its new owners.
The final charter has started in fine fashion, over the past two days fishing at Jenny Louise south of Cairns the crew have already released a fish each, 700lbers for Scotty and Glenn, a 200lber for John and a 150lber for Vic. They will move further south today on route for Townsville.
