Innisfail Tournament Updates

KEKOA today joins the fleet competing in the Innisfail Light tackle tournament, this will be our third tournament contested this year, after strong results in both the Port Stephens and Townsville competitions. The Innisfail Tournament has been resurrected again this year after a few years off the tournament calendar. A hard working community including Tony Camuglia who joins KEKOA for the event, have worked tirelessly to get the tournament up and running again. We welcome Tony and Co. aboard and they will be joined by our young gun Deckie Adam Cass who returns to KEKOA in readiness for the upcoming Heavy Tackle season. Best of Luck and Tight Lines Day 1 Results: Only a couple of fish were captured on day 1 of the Innisfail tournament, but no luck for the team onboard KEKOA with no fish, hopefully today brings on the bites! Day 2 Results: Mauna Kea leads the way with 4 fish, closely followed by Kanahoee and Iona on 3 fish. Day 2 saw no change for KEKOA with no score. Final Day Results: G-d-Up took out the honours for the tournament, Congratulations and well done to Greg and Jan Gilbert and crew!
